These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Youth Development Programme website, services, assessments, consultations, coaching programmes, reports, online content, and any related services (“Services”).
The Youth Development Programme (“YDP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by iLore Limited.
By accessing our website or using any of our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or Services.

2. Eligibility
Our Services are available to individuals aged 12 years and above.
Users under the age of 18 may only use our Services with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or guardians accept responsibility for the actions of minors using our Services.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services where we reasonably believe age or consent requirements have not been met.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, improve, replace or remove any Service at any time without prior notice.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Our Services are educational and developmental in nature.
We do not guarantee:
- university admission;
- scholarship awards;
- employment;
- internships;
- promotions;
- salary increases;
- business success;
- immigration outcomes;
- visa approvals;
- professional licensing; or
- any specific personal or career outcome.
Any recommendations, assessments, reports, coaching, consultations, opinions, or guidance are intended to assist decision-making but should not be considered guarantees or promises of future success.
Individual outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
5. Psychological Consultation Disclaimer
Psychological consultations are provided solely within the qualifications, licensing, and professional scope of the practitioner delivering the consultation.
Consultations are intended to support wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal development where applicable.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our Services do not constitute psychiatric treatment, emergency intervention, inpatient care, crisis services, or medical diagnosis.
Users remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical, psychiatric, or emergency assistance where required.
If you believe you or another person is at immediate risk of harm, you should contact your local emergency services immediately rather than relying on our Services.
6. Career Assessments
Assessment reports are designed to provide professional guidance based upon information provided by the participant.
Assessment results:
- are informational;
- reflect the information available at the time of assessment;
- may change over time;
- should not be interpreted as absolute conclusions;
- do not replace independent decision-making.
Users are solely responsible for decisions made using assessment results.
7. Artificial Intelligence
YDP may use artificial intelligence solely for administrative, scheduling, workflow, communication, or operational support.
Artificial intelligence is not used to independently conduct, interpret, or generate professional assessment outcomes or psychological evaluations.
Professional conclusions remain under the supervision of qualified professionals.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- keep your information current;
- protect your password;
- notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
You remain responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or security risks.
9. Appointments
Appointments are scheduled through our booking system.
Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to:
- reschedule appointments;
- substitute professionals where appropriate;
- refuse appointments;
- cancel appointments due to operational requirements.
10. Payments
Payments may be accepted by:
- Bank Transfer
- Cash
- Other approved payment methods introduced in the future
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation or suspension of Services.
11. Refund Policy
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Where Services have already been substantially delivered, completed, commenced, or personalized, refunds may be refused.
Administrative fees, banking charges, exchange losses, and other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
Our decision regarding refunds shall be final except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
12. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Clients should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when cancelling appointments.
Failure to attend an appointment without reasonable notice may result in:
- forfeiture of fees paid;
- refusal of refunds;
- rescheduling at our discretion;
- additional administrative charges where appropriate.
Repeated missed appointments may result in termination of Services.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with the Services, including but not limited to:
- assessments;
- methodologies;
- reports;
- questionnaires;
- written materials;
- graphics;
- logos;
- software;
- training materials;
- videos;
- educational content;
- website design;
- downloadable resources;
remain the exclusive property of iLore Limited or its licensors.
Nothing contained within these Terms transfers ownership to users.
14. Assessment Reports
Assessment reports are licensed solely for the personal use of the participant.
Without prior written permission you may not:
- reproduce reports;
- publish reports;
- sell reports;
- modify reports;
- distribute reports;
- upload reports publicly;
- incorporate reports into commercial products;
- create derivative works.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
15. Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching or consultations will be treated confidentially.
However, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required:
- by law;
- to comply with court orders;
- for safeguarding purposes;
- to prevent serious harm;
- to protect legal rights;
- with your consent.
16. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the website;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with website security;
- introduce malicious software;
- submit false information;
- impersonate others;
- infringe intellectual property;
- harass staff;
- abuse professionals;
- interfere with other users.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.
17. Website Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access but do not guarantee continuous availability.

iLore Limited, its directors, officers, employees, psychologists, consultants, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or economic damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation, loss of business, emotional distress, data loss, or anticipated profits arising out of or relating to the use of our Services.
Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iLore Limited, its directors, employees, psychologists, contractors, affiliates, successors, and agents against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- your breach of these Terms;
- misuse of our Services;
- violation of applicable law;
- infringement of third-party rights; or
- information provided by you that is inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful.
21. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe that a user has:
- violated these Terms;
- engaged in abusive conduct;
- committed fraud;
- endangered staff or other users;
- misused our Services;
- compromised website security.
Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
22. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, labour disputes, utility failures, governmental actions, internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers.

The courts having competent jurisdiction in Northern Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreements entered into between the parties, constitute the entire agreement between you and iLore Limited concerning the Services and supersede all prior discussions, understandings, and representations relating to the subject matter.
28. Waiver
Failure by iLore Limited to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other rights available to us.
