Every time a student you refer completes a YDP assessment, you earn a commission. The rate is confirmed during onboarding and reflects your level of engagement. You are doing the work of connecting students to something valuable — you should be rewarded for it.

What you will do

Here is what being a YDP Brand Ambassador actually looks like in practice.
Be the bridge
Act as the point of contact between YDP and the educators, students, and colleagues in your network.
Refer students
Encourage students at a decision point to take a YDP assessment, and guide them to use the findings for their academic and career choices.
Follow through
Check in with students after their assessment to see how they are using the findings and address any questions about the results.
Share stories
When a student finds clarity through YDP, with their permission, share that story. Real outcomes are the most convincing thing you can offer to the next student who is hesitant.
Spread the word
Share YDP updates, insights, and success stories on your social media platforms to help more students find out this kind of guidance exists.
Identify opportunities
If you know a school, university, or organisation that would benefit from YDP’s approach, flag it. You help grow something you believe in.
Give us honest feedback

Every application is read personally. If it is a good fit, we will contact you for a short conversation to make sure the programme works for your situation. No sales pitch. Just a straightforward conversation.

Onboarding
Once you are in, we walk you through everything. How YDP works. How to explain it to students and parents. What to do when someone is ready to take the next step. You will receive your onboarding pack, your commission structure, all the materials you need, and a direct contact at YDP before you make a single referral.
