in a YDP assessment
Five stages. Every finding cross-referenced before it becomes a conclusion. The process is human-led from start to finish — no algorithm, no automated scoring.

Structured Questionnaire
Captures expressed tendencies and self-reported strengths across all six dimensions. This is the opening dataset — not the conclusion. Every item is designed to be cross-referenced, not acted upon directly.

Targeted Ability Assessments
Proprietary assessments designed to surface demonstrated behavior rather than stated preference. Each instrument is calibrated to the specific ability dimension it tests. Findings from step one are tested, not confirmed.

In-Depth Structured Interview
Led by Irfan Muhammad. Not a competency interview — a guided exploration built to surface discrepancies between self-perception and demonstrated ability. Inconsistencies are not noise. They are the most informative data points in the entire process.

Pattern Recognition & Cross-Referencing
The specialist team correlates findings across all prior stages. Patterns that hold across multiple sources are confirmed as findings. Those that do not are examined for what the contradiction reveals about the individual’s genuine vs. expressed ability.

Role Mapping & Final Report
The verified ability profile is mapped against your role’s actual demands. Alignment, gap, and risk are clearly identified. The report is specific, evidence-referenced, and written to be acted upon — not filed.

Before you book
What’s the difference between the Starter and Premium student packages?
Both run over 4 weeks at one session per week. The Starter covers the essential foundations — exploration of career fields, ability identification, and direction. The Premium goes deeper: it maps your abilities across all six dimensions, includes specific career path alignment with examples, and adds goal-setting for both the short and long term. If you’re at university or facing a specific high-stakes decision, Premium is the appropriate choice. Both are available for IGCSE, Matric, O/A Level, Intermediate, and university students in Pakistan.
What are the add-on services in the Next Level Career Pro package?
The core package covers your ability profile, career roadmap, and direction. The add-ons address specific professional challenges — communication skills, interview preparation, performance confidence, conflict resolution, and productivity. You choose how many to include (Option 1, 2, or 3). When you enquire, tell us your situation and we’ll recommend which add-ons are actually relevant. There’s no point paying for ones that don’t apply to you.
My family has already decided my career. Can YDP still help?
Yes — and this is one of the most common situations we work with in Pakistan. YDP produces an evidence-based ability profile that gives both the individual and their family a factual foundation for the conversation. Many families find it easier to engage with verified findings than with a personal objection.
I’ve already done an MBTI or Holland Code test. Why would YDP be different?
MBTI measures personality type. Holland Codes measure occupational interests. Neither was designed to measure innate ability — and neither can surface abilities you’ve never had the opportunity to discover. Across 27 studies, Holland congruence accounts for approximately 3% of variance in career satisfaction. YDP was built specifically to find what those tools were never designed to look for.
