Because we want to help our youth to understand one question.
Why it is difficult to find fulfillment in one’s professional life?
Irfan Muhammad, Youth Development Programme’s founder, has much experience in the administration and IT industry, where he has worked with different people, including interns, new graduates, and other professionals. In the last 15 years, he noticed and realized the biggest challenge of every generation, that they are unable to identify their right career path according to their talents, strengths, and true potential.
Recent statistics show that 85% of professionals are unhappy in their jobs; another study suggests that some 80% of people are unable to find their ‘dream’ or ideal job.
Why these numbers are so high?
This realization inspired him to use his knowledge and expertise to help solve this global issue.
After consulting and collaborating with experts in human resources, counselors, and guidance professionals on the issue, he formed a group to help in building Youth Development Programme (YDP).
Why?
To help turn unfulfilled young professionals into assets, not liabilities, for our nations.
The Dilemma of Young PROFESSIONALS and Students
The most common question that every student and young professionals struggles with is “What should I study to be successful in life?”
Irfan Muhammad believes that this is the first step where most students fail to choose the right direction. Often they follow their temporary interests and later in life regret their choices. Therefore, he decided to introduce a system that can guide them in the right direction and help them not to fall into the following traps:
Falling into these traps keeps our youth’s true potential untapped, thus, leading to unhappiness and less motivation to excel. Lack of confidence in one’s abilities is the root of disappointment and frustration.
Such people are unfulfilled, simply taking on jobs for a salary. This leads to hopping from one career path to another, never settling down, and never finding professional fulfillment.
Our approach/solution to this global issue
We conduct an in-depth test and evaluation programme that systematically assesses an individual’s personality to discover their true capabilities, ability to learn different skillsets, and potential. Most importantly, this is regardless of the impact of influencers in their lives.
Our revolutionary system will serve as a guide in unlocking their hidden potentials, bringing self-awareness, and most importantly, revealing what they are truly capable of. This gives them confidence in making their own decisions and in pursuing their dreams of success and happiness that will eventually affect their community and the world.
